At Rokform Solutions, the health and safety of our team members, customers, and the communities in which we operate is our number one priority. We are following the orders and guidance provided by the PHO, BCCSA and WorkSafe BC to ensure safe operations and reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19. We remain vigilant in these efforts, and it is our intent to remain open for business wherever possible and continue to meet our customer’s needs. Currently, our yard is open and all of our departments are fully operational, however our Office is closed to the public. We are happy to assist you over the phone, or outside on our front step.

We ask that our customers take the following steps in addition to the standard protocols to help us in our efforts to keep everyone safe:
Our precautions will evolve as the situation evolves and we are guided by the recommendations of the Government of Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada, provincial government and health authorities and local municipal jurisdictions.
Our Rokform team feels deeply for all those that have or will be impacted by this outbreak. By working together, we can minimize the risks of disease transmission while minimizing the social and financial impact of our community.

How you can help us all stay safe:
- If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home - do not come to our yard or job sites. We offer curbside delivery and are happy to assist you over the phone or via email.
- Please pay your invoice by EMT
- If you are a client/homeowner that will be on the work site with our staff, we require you to be screened and to follow our safety policies.

We have:
- Informed and educated staff on health and safety measures to prevent transmission of infectious disease.
- Required all team members returning from international travel to self-quarantine for 14 days.
- Reinforced socially responsible sick leave policies, requiring any staff member with COVID‐19-like symptoms must self‐isolate at home for a minimum of 10 days from onset of symptoms, until their symptoms are completely resolved.
- Implemented a work-from-home policy for employees who can perform their duties at home.
- Increased sanitization procedures in our office, of our equipment and tools and installed sanitation stations in our yard and mobile facilities.

- If you feel sick, please stay home. We have curb side delivery and are happy to help you over the phone or via email.
- Pay bills online with e-transfer.
